Optimal Wellness Chiropractic

FEES AND INSURANCE

Many insurance plans cover our services, though the type of coverage depends on your individual policy. For this reason, we ask that you bring your insurance card at the time of your first visit. Our office will be happy to contact your insurance company to find out what your specific coverage is, your yearly deductible, and whether the deductible has been met. In many cases, you are responsible for a deductible and a portion of the fee not covered by your contract. If your insurance does cover chiropractic care, we will file your insurance forms for you.

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. Listed on this page are some of the insurance companies we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to call us. We will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no additional charge.

"The treatments that Dr. Alonso gave me really helped the pain in my back, and the position of my baby. At the time of the visit, I was 28 weeks pregnant and the baby was in a breech position. A few days after my adjustment, I had to have another ultrasound, and my doctor and I were relieved to see that the baby had turned in the proper position and stayed that way. I was so happy to be able to have the birth that I had envisioned."
