FEES AND INSURANCE:

Many insurance plans cover our services, though the type of coverage depends on your individual policy. For this reason, we ask that you bring your insurance card at the time of your first visit. Our office will be happy to contact your insurance company to find out what your specific coverage is, your yearly deductible, and whether the deductible has been met. In many cases, you are responsible for a deductible and a portion of the fee not covered by your contract. If your insurance does cover chiropractic care, we will file your insurance forms for you.
